    Terms of Service for the SAVOR JAPAN Reservation Service:
    SAVOR JAPAN Help Desk will contact the restaurant to check the availability of the restaurant once we have received the reservation request.
    The reservation will be finalized once the restaurant has approved the reservation.

    Failing to cancel the reservation prior to the designated date stated in the restaurant's Cancellation Policy may incur cancellation fee.
    Please ensure that you have confirmed the Cancellation Policy before canceling the reservation.

    Cancellation Policy

    Canceling this reservation may incur a cancellation fee as follows.

    For Seats-Only Reservations:
    Cancellation (without notice): Average price of the restaurant 5,000 JPY× 2 person = Total 10,000 JPY

    For Course Reservations:
    Cancellation (without notice): 100% × 2 person

    - If you wish to request a cancellation or change of reservation through the help desk, please make the request no later than 5:00 PM (Japan time) four days prior. For cancellations or changes after this time, please ask for help such as from the hotel concierge to inform the restaurant of the cancellation directly. Please note that same-day responses may not be possible, so even if a cancellation or change request is made within the deadline, cancellation fees may still be incurred. We appreciate your understanding.
    - Changing the reservation (such as the date, time, or the number of people) may incur cancellation fee.
    - Cancellation fee will not occur when cancellation is caused by the restaurant.
    - Cancellation without prior notice to the restaurant, Help Desk or your Membership page may result in a suspension or restriction of your use in SAVOR JAPAN.
    - Cancellation fees shown here are subject to change depending on the circumstances, such as change in the number of people.
    The cancellation fee will be automatically deducted from the registered card information.
