Bringing the Style of Kyoto-Style Teppanyaki Hasegawa to Shinsaibashi
Satoru Higo is a chef who started his culinary journey with Western cuisine and later discovered teppanyaki. After working as the manager and head chef at a steakhouse in Kitashinchi, he assumed the position of head chef at Kyoto-style Teppanyaki Hasegawa in Shinsaibashi in February 2022.

- A long-established French restaurant located near Shinsaibashi Station. It is a famous restaurant that is said to introduce Asian into French for the first time in Japan. Here you will find excellent dishes made from fresh ingredients from around the country. There is a sense of the season, so you can meet a variety of dishes at any time. The classic and relaxed atmosphere in the store is also a recommended point. It is one house I want to use on a special day such as an anniversary or birthday.
