Jingisukan Eijin Bettei opened in December 2022 in Hirafu, Niseko in the Town of Kutchan overlooking Mount Niseko Annupuri. You can enjoy fresh lamb m read moreeat directly shipped from Australia without being frozen even once in a wonderful setting surrounded by nature. Considering its quality, the all-you-can-eat meal option is reasonably priced and highly satisfying. Raw Lamb Shoulder, grilled in a pan they developed, throws out the conventional concept of Genghis Khan with tenderness and rich flavor unique to fresh lamb.
