Mr. Kamada offers special Japanese cuisine using the skills and experience he has gained at various restaurants.
He was born in 1979 in Kyoto and grew up in Kyoto. Trained as a Japanese chef at a Sushi Kappo restaurant and later gained experience in various restaurants, including Kaiseki (tea-ceremony dishes) restaurant, fresh seafood restaurant, Japanese-style inn, hotel, creative cuisine, dining bar, and cafe. Currently, he offers special Japanese cuisine at YUEN, utilizing all of his experience. He serves as a private chef for his guests by reservation for only one group system.
