Hakata Motsunabe Yamanaka Ginza Branch

This special course features both specialty motsunabe and elaborate a la carte dishes. You can choose the hot pot type, the meal's end, and dessert. Three types of courses are available.

It is marinated for a long time at a low temperature in Yamanaka's original seasoning solution. The fresh aroma of yuzu is impressive. This is a great all-around side dish that is perfect between drinks, hot pot, and as an accompaniment to rice.

It uses rare motsu (offal), of which only a few can be sourced from a single cow. Although it is cut into large pieces, it is so tender and easy to eat that you don't feel its size. Served with homemade ponzu sauce and accented with yuzu kosho pepper.
