Guests can enjoy A5-ra read morenked Japanese Black beef, carefully selected daily by expert buyers to offer the finest cuts. The menu includes premium skirt steak, tongue, and signature salty beef offal, all prepared using high-quality wagyu raised with careful attention to feeding methods and farming practices.
