Mr. Yoshikawa was born in 1977 in Hyogo. Motivated by the desire to gain a practical skill, he started a culinary career. After gaining 14 years of experience at the Oriental Hotel in Kobe, where he worked in various settings, he further honed his skills at a teppanyaki restaurant specializing in Kobe beef for eight years. As his philosophy, he serves steak at the ideal temperature that maximizes the flavors of the ingredients instead of asking how it should be cooked. He is a chef who skillfully handles seasonal ingredients, expressing passion through each dish.
