Our head chef has never had any training in France, and as such his offerings are true to his own culinary sensibilities and are refreshingly original read more. He cooks with his own sense of taste and style, honed on Japanese ingredients and flavors, perfectly suited to a distinctly Japanese climate. "I want to serve my guests the best-tasting meals possible, and with fruits and vegetables that means at their freshest." With that in mind, our chef buys local Yokohama produce. He also has seafood delivered directly from the Miura seashore two times a week. Local food for local consumption is our motto. We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable in our dining room, so we set out chopsticks beside the cutlery, and other thoughtful, homey touches to create a cozy atmosphere. Our interior decor caters to Japanese sensibilities, too, with a blend of French and Japanese design. We highly recommend our dining experience for birthdays, anniversaries, and retirement parties.
