Our popular "Charcoal-Grilled Japanese Beef Cheeks" preserves traditional Italian flavors.

It took us a whole year of crafting to discover the most delicious way to eat beef cheeks: grilled over charcoal until they're so soft you can cut the read morem with a chopstick, bringing out the natural savoriness of the meat. We go to the production site in Hakodate to carefully hand-pick the ingredients we use in this dish. This strikingly-fresh flavor is made possible by the freshness of the cream sauce. Too much preparation would mask the inherent flavors of the ingredients, so we keep it simple. We listen to our guests to provide them with the ingredients and dishes they really want. We're particular about using seasonal ingredients, and serious about preserving traditional Italian flavors without fussy twists, so we think you'll find our meals truly delicious.
