This seasonal hot pot contains a special soup made from milk stock and white miso, delicious Hida Uma Pork belly with umami and sweetness, plump oysters that add even more umami to the soup, and a generous amount of home-grown vegetables such as Chinese cabbage!!
If you add grated ginger to your liking, it will add a spicy kick and bring out even more flavor!!
The rice porridge at the end of the meal is also delicious!!
This is one of the hot pots with many fans!!
