- This pizza is made with aromatic porcini mushrooms in a rich cream sauce, topped with fresh spinach and tasty mortadella (Italian ham), three types of cheese, and egg.
The soft, runny yolk of the soft-boiled egg gives it a rich, mellow flavor! And the white truffle oil, combined with the aroma of porcini mushrooms, creates a luxurious pizza!
Yz's pizza menu has several types of pizzas made with high-quality ingredients, but this pizza is one of our most proud creations.
YG's pizza is baked at 450℃ in a short time, resulting in a crispy, fluffy and chewy pizza with an exquisite taste.
