Our Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) feature premium Awao chicken in a variety of cuts, to be enjoyed with our special homemade sauces.

Awaodori chicken is a local brand chicken of Tokushima, which features scrumptious lean meat with a sweet, yet rich flavor. Its succulence gives the m read moreeat an excellent texture. The chicken is slow-roasted over a charcoal grill, so the flames have time to bring out the deep umami flavor. Not only do we feature premium Awaodori chicken, but we are careful to use only the finest yakitori sauce, ubame oak charcoal and even the water. The recipe for our special tare sauce has been handed down for over 50 years, using only alkali reduced water for the finest flavor. Not only our dashi sauce made in-house, but even our ketchup and mayonnaise are made with our own special recipes. For over 20 years, we have welcomed guests to our mountaintop home. We offer a full variety of dishes for your enjoyment-yakitori (grilled skewer), kamameshi ( rice, meat and vegetable dish served in a small pot) hot pots, himi udon noodles, and more. We welcome a wide range of customers to our calm, modern Japanese dining environment and provide a large selection of drinks, cocktails, and wines.
