You'll love it-our deliciously fresh "Sea bream Chasuke" (sea bream and cooked rice with hot green tea poured on it) and other Japanese seasonal dishes in a calm and composed atmosphere

Our original sesame seed sauce contains walnuts and cashew nuts, which brings out a deep flavor. Enjoy it with sashimi first, then try it on our cha-d read moresuke (fish with rice served with tea poured over). Ever since we first opened the restaurant, we go to the Tsukiji Fish Markets at the same time every morning, inspecting and testing the ingredients with our own eyes. We're particularly vigilant about the sea bream we use for our cha-dsuke, and you will always get the best available that day. The type of Japanese cooking we offer here truly values the four distinct seasons of Japan. We entertain customers by using Japanese ingredients and creating dishes that prioritize seasonal foods. The careful and thorough efforts we make on a fundamental level are what keep our customers happy. Inside the restaurant you will find three private dining rooms as well as counter seating, which broadens the calm and composed atmosphere. This is great for enjoying a lively conversation over dishes that make use of fresh fish, and we also offer a selective list of sake to enjoy. learn more from chef
