Failing to cancel the reservation prior to the designated date stated in the restaurant's Cancellation Policy may incur cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling this reservation may incur a cancellation fee as follows.

Cancellation (without notice): Average price of the restaurant JPY× person = Total JPY

When canceling a reservation, cancellations are accepted through the My Page feature. If the cancel button is not displayed, please ask for help such as from the hotel concierge to inform the restaurant of the cancellation directly. Please note that this reservation is for immediate booking, so even if a cancellation request is made to our help desk, we may not be able to accommodate it.
- Changing the reservation (such as the date, time, or the number of people) may incur cancellation fee.
- Cancellation fee will not occur when cancellation is caused by the restaurant.
- Cancellation without prior notice to the restaurant, Help Desk or your Membership page may result in a suspension or restriction of your use in SAVOR JAPAN.
- Cancellation fees shown here are subject to change depending on the circumstances, such as change in the number of people.
The cancellation fee will be automatically deducted from the registered card information.

キャンセル規定にかかるお日にちにキャンセルをする場合、レストランが設定する下記のキャンセルポリシーに従い料金を頂戴することがあります。
やむをえずご予約をキャンセルしなくてはいけない場合は、キャンセル操作をする前に必ず以下の「キャンセルポリシー」をご確認ください。

キャンセルポリシー

本予約をキャンセルされた場合、下記の料金を頂戴いたします。

無連絡キャンセル: レストランの平均予算 JPY× 名 = 合計 円

- 予約のキャンセルをする際には、マイページよりキャンセルを受け付けております。キャンセルボタンが表示されていない場合は、ホテルのコンシェルジュなどにご依頼頂くなど、店舗に直接キャンセルのご連絡のほど宜しくお願い致します。なお、この予約は即時予約の為、当社ヘルプデスクにキャンセル依頼を頂いたとしても対応しかねます。
- 人数変更などの予約内容の変更の場合もキャンセル料が発生することがあります。
- レストランの都合によりお客様の予約がキャンセルとなる場合はキャンセル料が発生することはございません。
- 予約成立後にお店やヘルプデスクへの連絡なくキャンセルされると、サービスのご利用を制限させていただく場合があります。
- 無連絡キャンセル料は人数の変動などにより、表示の内容より変更となる場合がございます。
キャンセル料金は、ご登録のカード情報から自動的に引き落としいたします。
