Enjoy delicious, fresh seafood meals in our lovely setting with a night view of the Sannomiya skyline!

We have our sea bream shipped from Akashi where it is a local specialty and serve it as shabu-shabu (lightly boiled). Our sashimi brings out a differe read morent flavor of Akashi sea bream. We carefully select our toned, oil-rich sea bream, octopus, and eel, which come from off the coast of Akashi in the Inland Sea, and have them shipped to us directly. We then turn them into the dishes that bring joy to our customers. We work hard to make sure all of our hot dishes are served at their peak, and we also truly value having a good line of communication with our customers. When you come in to dine at Hitomaru Kadan Taian Sannomiya, feel free to sit at the counter and enjoy yourself. Once it gets dark outside you can get a good view of Sannomiya's vibrant skyline from our windows. The scenery is quite different from what see you during the day, and it makes for a lovely setting to enjoy a meal with those close to you.
