Kagurazaka Maeda, located in the alleyway of Kagurazaka Street, is a restaurant in a house with luxurious Japanese architecture. Inside, you'll find a read more tatami room with "yukimi-shoji" paper sliding doors, where you can view the gently swaying maple trees in the breeze. The counter seats are made from single wooden boards, and the walls are adorned with fresh flowers creating a noble ambiance. Amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, time flows leisurely here. The cuisine served in this luxurious space is delicate and gorgeous traditional Kaga Kaiseki (multi-course meal). The dishes are full of Kaga-Namafu (raw wheat gluten).
