The fleshy Chilean sea bass meat is slowly stewed in a sweet and spicy sauce. The succulent-textured fish will have fish lovers watering at the mouth.

This dish consists of a whole block of tofu in a suace of Japanese stock and a plentiful amount of green laver. The splendid aroma of this dish will spread throughout your mouth. Fantastic!
