- It is a shop where you can eat authentic handmade soba at the same Akasaka area. I would like to go there in the neighborhood. I feel the style of Edo in soba as well as chopsticks.

- A soba restaurant around Akasaka Station. The soba noodles are an excellent dish that has a great aroma of soba noodles. I like it so much that I don't feel like eating soba once a month. There are many types of soba noodles, but there are many other menus besides soba. “Soup Maki Tamagoyaki”, “Tempura” and “Soba Pudding” are also recommended dishes.
