You can enjoy 4 different kinds of innards boiled in chicken stock based soup, with our original vinegared soy sauce. We stick to using very fresh innards delivered every day, and therefore this dish has a good reputation and even those who do not like innards can enjoy it, as it does not have a specific smell of innards.

Champon noodles are always very popular to finish a hot pot meal. Add the noodles after extremely boiling down the soup, then taste them with large amount of ground sesames. Some repeaters order [Motsunabe] just to taste these noodles.
