We are aiming for offering a traditional delicacy that is non-eccentric yet authentic. The point is how to bring out its original taste to the maximum read morem. Fresh domestic pork will be carefully prepared by taking off the extra fat, coating thin and fine batter without any gap between the meat, and using the lard from Holland to reveal a better aroma and richer taste. Adjusting low and high temperature oils in a pot is the key to make a perfect deep fry. Our pork cutlet is thinly-cut, however has a sophisticated savory taste.
