- A dining restaurant with a store in Ginza, with “Kobe beef roaster steak” baked in a special furnace for Binchotan charcoal. The baked meat is crispy outside and moist inside, and the taste, smell and texture are all exceptional. The store is a hideout style with only counters and private rooms, with a calm atmosphere. I often use counter seats. The conversation with the chefs is also fun, always inspired and just studying as a cook.

- It is a "Kobe beef hearth steak specialty store" located in Ginza. The dishes created by the talented Hirata chef who learned French at home, and the pottery pottery specialties created by the chef Tsujii who has succeeded in many famous steak shops, are exceptional tastes. You can simply enjoy the taste of the ingredients in a simple way. You can fully enjoy the flavor and taste of "Kobe beef".
