For your sushi accompaniment, try the red, white, and orange wines, mainly natural wines. The restaurant offers 7 to 10 types of recommended wines according to the course's flow. The Japanese sake, selected by the owner, is also paired exquisitely with the sushi.

Three courses are available for different budgets with varying numbers of items. In addition to sushi, you can enjoy side dishes that make the most of fresh fish prepared by the owner, who has been involved in fish cuisine for over 20 years. For those who want to savor plenty of dishes other than sushi, Ayame Course is recommended.
