- We will deliver dishes that make the most of the bounty of nature, focusing on seasonal vegetables purchased from contracted farmers, from our live kitchen. The menu, which changes with the seasons, also expresses our thoughts on sustainability, such as seasonality, freshness, and local production and consumption.
At lunchtime, we offer an international lunch buffet with a different theme for each season, including gourmet pizza, popular European dishes, and our famous Swiss chocolate. - Healthy Card payment available
