They cut generous portions of high-quality chilled lamb sourced from Australia. As they exclusively use chuck roll (shoulder loin) cuts, the meat is tender and offers a perfect balance between lean meat and fat. It is characterized by a rich flavor without a strong smell.

Fresh lamb meat, sliced into thick cuts of approximately 2cm, can be enjoyed even rare. The meat is carefully grilled using a Genghis Khan pot with small slits, allowing the charcoal's smoky aroma and the meat's concentrated umami flavor to spread throughout the mouth.

Finish your meal with their special Tsukemen, featuring curly noodles made with Hokkaido-grown Haruyutaka wheat. Enjoy them with a dipping sauce from broth mixed with Bancha (roasted tea). It has a rich flavor as excellent lamb broth seeps into the broth.
