In particular, the Seafood Rice Bowl, with different toppings depending on the season, is extremely fresh and has generous portions. The Matsu Fugu Course (premium blowfish course) is recommended for guests who want to enjoy Japanese cuisine fully. The delicious flavor of blowfish that has rested for a long time is outstanding, and the nabe (hot pot) is especially perfect for winter.
