Sushi Yuumu underwent renovations in February 2025 and has been reborn as a warmer traditional Japanese space. Having completely transformed from its read moreformer modern Japanese style, the restaurant now offers a tranquil and refined Japanese space, perfect for mature diners. All counter seats are arranged side-by-side, and guests have a privileged, close-up view of the chef's craftsmanship. Each piece of sushi is made with meticulous skills since the owner chef himself prepares for all guests. The ingredients and rice harmonize beautifully, loosening gently in the mouth and highlighting the deliciousness of the ingredients. Furthermore, the temperature of the ingredients is carefully controlled and kept at about 10 degrees Celsius in the ice room to enhance the sushi's perfection further.
