Japanese Noodle Issunbousi is popular for its specialty ramen from early in the morning. Various ramen, including the regular Issun Tanjo (Soy Sauce R read moreamen), are available. The Japanese Black Sirloin Ramen (limited to 10 servings per day) with a large slice of Japanese Black is especially popular for its rich flavor. The straight, medium-thick noodles and rare char siu (roasted pork) are all housemade. The interior of the restaurant is a relaxed space based on black and white, with an Issunboushi (a character in a Japanese old tale) theme and background music, creating a peaceful atmosphere. With only 10 seats at the counter, it is a great place to enjoy a relaxing meal alone or to visit with family or on a date.
