The authentic pizzas are freshly baked in the in-house pizza oven at a high temperature of 550°C. The restaurant offers two types of pizza: the Yokohama Bay Tower original pizza and a monthly special pizza.

This authentic beef curry uses original spices and a mellow sauce to bring out the natural sweetness of the slowly simmered beef and vegetables. It is based on Kanazawa curry from Ishikawa Prefecture and is characterized by the cabbage served on top.

The salad uses vegetables from Kanagawa Prefecture. The "Power Salad" is a combination of vegetables, fruits, protein ingredients, and toppings, allowing you to efficiently consume a variety of nutrients such as dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals, and protein in one dish.

Ashigara tea is grown in a misty climate with pure water and is managed thoroughly with minimal use of pesticides. It contains a lot of amino acids, which are the delicious components. It has little tannin and fiber, which are the source of astringency and bitterness, and is characterized by its "deep flavor and rich aroma."
