This luxurious course includes around 13 dishes, including rice and dessert, and features Japanese beef dishes made with plenty of rare Kobe beef and other Japanese cuisine made with carefully selected seasonal high-quality ingredients from all over Japan. In early autumn, you can enjoy a dish made with matsutake mushrooms from Nagano Prefecture and black abalone from Chiba Prefecture.
