Diverse experiences develop exceptional skills. Mr. Takahashi is a chef who continues to move forward with a smile.

He was born in 1988 in Hokkaido. Not limited to any particular genre, he excels in a wide range of fields. Moved by the smiles of the guests he served while working part-time, he jumped into the world of cooking. After gaining diverse experience and honing his skills as a manager at Izakaya and Yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurants, he entered the world of ramen in earnest at the popular ramen shop Ebisu Shoten. His pursuit of flavors that resonate with people's hearts exudes a natural charm that makes one want to meet and talk with him.
