Asakusa is a traditional downtown retaining the atmosphere of ancient Edo. With Senso-ji temple, the landmark of Asakusa at the center, you can enjoy the popular entertainments including rakugo (comic story) and kodan (story-telling) in Rokku area, atmospheric Denpoin-dori street with the traditional Edo craftsmanship and miscellaneous goods shops, and well-established traditional "Edo-gourmet" restaurants including sushi, unagi (eels), tempura and soba (Japanese noodles). You can never miss the opportunity to take a rickshaw ride. While driving around the famous places throughout Asakusa, the puller will give you a detailed tourist guide. The charge is not very cheap (starting from 3,000 JPY), but it will definitely give you good memories of Asakusa.
