His specialty is colorful and delicate cuisine that uses his wealth of experience. His innovative dishes, which use abundant local ingredients from Ibaraki, are very popular, and he has many repeat customers who come back for his cuisine.

He was born in Aichi. After graduation, he got a job at Unagi restaurant. The sensibility cultivated through exposure to Japanese culture is utilized in his cooking techniques and presentation. Joined Maruya Honten in 2014. He was quickly hired as a full-time employee after starting as a part-timer. As the main person responsible for grilling Unagi, he contributes to the management and training of the next generation. He took the initiative to open a new branch in Osaka, participating in the process from the store's planning. Currently, he serves as the head chef at the Osaka Umekita Green Place Branch.

He was born in 1975 in Chiba. After graduating from a cooking school, he started working at a sushi restaurant. He worked there for about a year, but was always feeling that the job was not for him. He then started working for an unagi (eel) restaurant as a part-timer, where he eventually became a full-time worker. He gained a wide variety of experience as an unagi chef. In 2011, he started working at Unagi Komagata Maekawa Main Branch, and is now working as a chef for this restaurant.

After turning 30, he returned to his hometown, intending to take over his family's soba restaurant. Still, the 2011 earthquake forced the restaurant out of business, and he moved to Tokyo. He has worked at soba specialty restaurants in Tokyo and Kanagawa. In 2024, he joined his current company. He was involved in the start-up of Juwari Soba Irori Mizunuma Branch and became the manager at the time of its opening.
