He was born in 1990 in Kumamoto. When he first encountered "cooking," he felt joy. He also found pleasure in having people eat it and making them smile, recognizing that it was a profession that suited him well and moving on to the culinary world. He honed his culinary skills by training for two years at a university hospital cafeteria, one year at a sushi restaurant, and four years at a Japanese-style bar. Currently, he works as a chef at Akaushi Dining yoka-yoka Sakuramachi Branch. He says that he wants to bring smiles to the faces of all the guests who visit.

Mr. Tani was born in 1983 in Kumano, Hiroshima. While studying at a medical university, he felt that "eating and drinking have the power to energize people" and began to consider running a restaurant in the future. However, as he worked for a medical equipment manufacturer after qualifying as a radiology technician, he realized that "cooking alone is not enough to make people happy" and that "it is important to continue doing ordinary things such as greeting, cleaning, and personal grooming as a matter of course." He decided to start his own business with the philosophy of maintaining an "Aohige (freshly shaven clean look)."

Then, he worked at KINTAN, a Yakiniku restaurant, for 7 years to deepen his diverse skills and experience. In July 2022, he joined Imajin. He has grown to be a central restaurant member with his solid skills.

He was born in 1981 in Okinawa. From an early age, he loved eating and cooking his food at home. At the age of 20, he entered the culinary world and began his training. He honed his skills for 17 years at a kappo restaurant, which once won a star in the Michelin Guide, and for three years at a sushi restaurant. Currently, he is the owner of Yakiniku Wabi Sabi, which opened in June 2022. He says he wants guests to spend a relaxing and peaceful time in a relaxed atmosphere.

Mr. Sato was deeply moved by the cuisine and presentation for wedding ceremonies, which inspired him to pursue a career in the culinary world.

He was born in 1969 in Hokkaido. Impressed by the cuisine and presentation at weddings, he entered the culinary world with a desire to work as a chef at a hotel. After graduating from school, he started working at a hotel and dedicated himself to training as a Western cuisine chef. Later, he further honed his skills at a yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant and an izakaya (Japanese pub). In 2021, he joined Mikakuen Minami Sanjo Branch. As head chef, he now creates healing moments for guests, sometimes from the kitchen and sometimes behind the counter.

With a passion for cooking, Mr. Hata decided to pursue a career in the culinary field and opened his restaurant after waiting with full preparation.

He was born in 1966 in Fukuoka. Having loved cooking since school, he started working for a telecommunications company, but his passion for cooking was so strong that he jumped into a Japanese restaurant in Fukuoka Prefecture, where he trained for seven years. He then trained for four years at a Japanese restaurant in Tokyo, where he served as sous chef. After working as a sous chef at a teppanyaki restaurant in Tokyo and as a manager at a teppanyaki restaurant in Osaka, he opened his own teppanyaki restaurant, Oh! My Steak in Osaka.  In 2024, he opened the second restaurant, Shinsaibashi Steak.

He began part-time work at Amiyakitei through a local senior's recommendation and continued working there until graduation. Admiring the excellent management skills of the manager at the time, he was invited to join the company upon graduation. Then he gained experience as a manager in various branches. Since April 2023, he has been the manager of the Amiyakitei Meieki Nishi Branch, aiming to create a beloved restaurant with a team of smiling staff.

Master teppanyaki chef with over 40 years of experience brings the taste of ingredients to the pinnacle.

Mr. Minami was born in 1960 in Tokyo. He started his career as a chef at a Western-style restaurant in Tokyo. Encountered Teppanyaki (iron griddle grilling) in his 20s, he was drawn to the cooking method that maximizes the natural flavors of the ingredients. After serving as the head chef at a teppanyaki restaurant in Ikebukuro, at the age of 34, he had the opportunity to join the renowned restaurant PANDORA in Nishi-shinjuku and was actively working there. In November 2017, with the opening of the second branch PANDORA TAKUMI, he assumed the head chef position. While showcasing his seasoned culinary skills, he delivers the finest flavors to guests from both domestic and international backgrounds. His warm hospitality is also highly praised.
