He obtained a chef's license while working. His career started at an izakaya (Japanese-style pub). Then, after gaining experience at a tuna yakiniku restaurant, he joined his current company. Recognized for his abilities, he has managed the Birichan Namba Shinsaibashi Branch since its opening in April 2024.

His humility and honest work are the driving force behind gaining the trust and cooperation of many suppliers.

After working at the famous Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant Jyojyoen for about five years and at a Japanese restaurant for about ten years, he opened Yakiniku Hazangyu in Dogenzaka, Shibuya in 2022. He is proud of the high-quality meat he receives from reliable wholesalers. With the thought, "To make customers happy is the greatest joy for a chef," he continues to study to serve delicious meat.

She was born in 1999 in Kanagawa. She says her turning point came when she reconsidered her thoughts on food following the coronavirus pandemic. "I want my father, who eats out a lot, to enjoy dishes that take care of his body." "I want to utilize the wonderful plates that my mother collected as a hobby." Through the period of self-restraint, she changed ways of thinking about food, which had been a part of her daily life without thinking about it. As she valued daily food, her passion for food in people's lives grew stronger. The reputation of the dishes shown on social networking sites also encouraged the launch of Yasuda Shokudo.

He was born in June 1978 in Kyoto. Started cooking at the age of 17, and after experiencing independence once in 2005, he worked as a head chef at various restaurants. In 2021, he joined KayaGroup at the invitation of the current vice president, Mr. Omata, who was his senior apprentice when he entered the culinary world. They reunite in new circumstances after 20 years and work together for the company on the master and disciple relationship. He loves his wife, incidentally, so he is nicknamed the "wife-loving manager."

He was born in 1977 in Okinawa. His parents are confectioners who run a cake shop. The two of them inspired him to enter the food industry. He began his career in French cuisine, where he could learn not only about desserts but also all of cooking. At the age of 20, he went to France to train at a two-star restaurant, Jean Bardet, where he was deeply exposed to the authentic taste of France. After returning to Japan, he worked in a restaurant in Tokyo. He encountered teppanyaki at The Busena Terrace in Okinawa and became the chef at Mahoroba in 2015.

Mr. Yu was born in 1964 in the City of Otaru, Hokkaido. Starting in his childhood, he had many opportunities to help in the kitchen of his family's yakiniku restaurant. Although his main job is as director of an entertainment facility and a nursing care facility, he decided to open a restaurant where he would like to eat. After reading more than 300 books on food, he went out to eat both domestically and internationally. After trial and error, he created the basic taste. In 2018, he opened the Wagyu Kurosawa Main Branch, and he continues actively working.

After training at Japanese restaurants in the Kansai and Kanto regions, he now works as a chef at Sushi Hasegawa Nishiazabu Branch, where he continues to refine his skill. With his extensive experience, he strives to offer Japanese cuisine filled with a sense of the seasons.

In 2023, at the opening of the Motsunabe Nagamasa Chikushiguchi Branch, he sympathized with the passion. He devoted himself to launching the new branch and was appointed Executive Chef.
