It's located 2 minutes walk from Sapporo Subway Station and 4 minutes walk from JR Sapporo Station. Fresh seafood from all over Hokkaido is delivered here every day. The selection of dishes is so fresh and reasonably priced that it is hard to believe that you can find such high-quality produce (such as Koshi no Suisan oysters from Akkeshi and Taraba crab from the Sea of Okhotsk) at that price. The value for money is outstanding, especially for recommended dishes, such as [Takarabune] - two slices of sashimi from 6 different fish, [Namarakoboshi Ikura-don] - a bowl luxuriously overflowing with salmon roe, and [Nihon Kaisan Shiomizu Uni Hitohako Marumaru-nokke] made from the entire box of sea urchin. Some dishes have a limited number of servings, so try them if you get the opportunity.

Basue no Wagao is located just 5 minutes walk from JR Sapporo Station, and serves fresh meals at reasonable prices. An interesting point about this restaurant is that it serves produce from Kyushu, which is rare in Hokkaido. One of the popular dishes is [Nama Shin-saba-sashi] (mackerel sashimi) prepared from fresh mackerel caught off the coast of Nagasaki and shipped as is, which is also an unusual point, as mackerel is often pickled.
