6. Menchubo Ajisai Main Branch
Established over 80 years ago, this long-established ramen restaurant can be reached in 7 minutes on foot from Goryokaku-koen-mae Stop. Their signature dish is the [Ajisai Shio Ramen]. The soup is made with kombu (edible kelp) from south Hokkaido, as well as pork and chicken bones, while the straight noodles are specially ordered.
