At Sakae-an, you can enjoy soba (buckwheat noodles), duck, horse meat sashimi, and sake. The owner is dedicated to serving wild, local food and drinks. The soba served at Sakae-an is [Nihachi Soba] - made with 2 parts wheat flour and 8 parts buckwheat flour, which is said to be the best combination for bringing out the sweetness and aroma of buckwheat.
