3. Ginza-Wakamatsu
Ginza-Wakamatsu is an original brand shop specializing in the Japanese traditional dessert known as Anmitsu. Founded in 1894, it has been popular in the media ever since. Their [Anmitsu], made exclusively with carefully selected ingredients, tastes incredible. The ingredients include azuki beans from Tokachi, red peas from Furano, and agar-agar from Miyakejima in the Izu archipelago. The kuromitsu (Japanese sugar syrup) is made of brown sugar from Amami Oshima. Despite the large amount of sugar used in the Anmitsu, the anko (red bean jam) cooks very quickly, so it goes down smoothly. A bite of this traditional and unique flavor will feel taking like a step back in time.
