Their signature dish is definitely the [Omakase] course, which you can have for 4,000 JPY. It consists of 10 nigiri, such as maguro (tuna) and uni (sea urchin), that are classic, yet premium. This is followed by maki (rolled) sushi, such as [Tekka-maki] and [Kappa-maki], as well as the chef's masterpiece, [Atsuyaki Tamago].
