Located a 3-minute walk from Susukino Station. Sushi Ajino Ichimatsu was opened in the spring of 2022 by its restaurant head, a veteran artisan who was born in Hokkaido and trained in Sapporo. It has an excellent menu featuring items that use seasonal fresh fish and local vegetables, including the restaurant's excellent Nigirizushi, as well as Abalone and Sea Urchin Served in Cold Water and Thinly Sliced Hair Crab. The restaurant also has a rich lineup of local sake from Sapporo and Asahikawa, and guests will be moved by the unique Hokkaido flavors.
It's located on 2F of the building and has a relaxing atmosphere that feels completely different from the city. This restaurant has a refined Japanese modern interior finish and uses beautiful Japanese paper for the scarlet-colored ceiling and calm-colored wallpaper. At the seats in the L-shaped counter, which faces the open kitchen, guests can get an up-close view of the skillful knife handling of the chef.
