Is it safe now to eat out in Hokkaido? Is it not? It is still in the gray area. But if you need some time to refresh your mind and belly, it might be the time to go out and eat, as long as you follow the safety protocol. It is now more important than ever to carefully choose where to eat. Many restaurants are taking extra steps to prevent the spread of coronavirus. How does the new normal in Japan look like for restaurants?

To prevent infection of COVID-19, our hygiene measures are as following:
☑ About ventilation:
Our restaurant is ventilated by having all of our ventilation equipment on at the smokeless roaster tables. Of all the types of restaurants, yakiniku restaurants are exceptionally ventilated as they are ventilated by nature.
☑ Alcohol hand sanitizers:
Alcohol hand sanitizers are provided at the entrance.
☑ Hygiene:
All staff members responsibly clean the restaurant according to the manual of the company. Places such as doorknobs and restrooms that the guests share are carefully cleaned.
☑ Masks:
In midst of the COVID-19, it is very difficult to procure masks. We procure the masks as much as possible to wear them.
Having the safety of guests and staff members put first, we will continually strive to make a safe restaurant for everyone to enjoy.
