Piano Cafe Rucola was originally opened in December 2015 by its piano playing owner, who had the idea to create a calm and relaxing space by combining a cafe with a piano. Inside the restaurant, there is a grand piano, and the interior is decorated with a tree motif in order to create a comfortable space. Handmade sweets are made using low GI sugar, agave syrup, sweet alcohol - anything that can substitute white sugar, so you can taste the sweetness of the ingredients. [Genmai Mochi no Ichigo Berry Zenzai] is a zesty homemade dessert, sweetened with fructose, that goes excellent with the berry sauce. In this cozy space, you can taste delicious food and sweets.
