Among the numerous impressive artworks, one piece that truly stands out and heightens your awareness of being barefoot is Drawing on the Water Surface Created by the Dance of Koi and People: Infinity.

Here you'll walk through the water between gracefully swimming carp. The presence of people and the movements of the carp influence each other, forming a mesmerizing dance. When the carp bump against visitors, they transform into blooming flowers, adding to the spectacle. The flowers match the seasons, ensuring a dynamic and ever-changing display.

This magical artwork is rendered in real-time by a computer program and is in constant transformation, making every encounter a unique and special moment.

Another popular creation is the Floating Flower Garden: Flowers and I are of the Same Root; the Garden and I are One. This piece combines the beauty of sound and digital light with the freshness of real flowers. Over 10,000 orchids, which naturally absorb moisture from the air, are cleverly assimilated into the piece to yield a breathtaking sight.

As you step into the mirrored floor space, the flowers will react to your presence, gracefully rising and gently falling when you depart. Walking among these blossoms will envelop you in the harmonious and ethereal beauty of nature.

How to Make the Most of the Exhibition

How to Make the Most of the Exhibition
Here are some essential tips to enhance your enjoyment!

First and foremost, consider your attire. If you wear long pants or skirts, there's a chance of them getting wet when entering the water-themed spaces. Additionally, be aware that some areas have mirrored floors, which might be a concern with skirts. However, there's no need to worry too much, as you can borrow complimentary shorts before entering the exhibition. Both adult and children's sizes are available, and you can put them on in the changing rooms.

Photography enthusiasts are welcome to take pictures inside the venue, so feel free to snap away to make your social media shine. You can bring in your camera or smartphone, but please refrain from using flash photography or additional lighting, as the artworks rely on delicate lighting effects. The use of selfie sticks and tripods is also not permitted. For peace of mind in dimly lit areas, consider attaching a strap to hang your phone around your neck.

Some of the artworks reveal entirely different expressions depending on the time of day. For instance, Moss Garden of Resonating Microcosms - Solidified Light Color, Sunrise and Sunset appear as a collection of differently shaped silver eggs in a vast moss garden during the daytime. However, at sunset, a remarkable transformation occurs: the ovoid structures begin to emit radiant light and change color, spreading to the eggs around them when touched. To witness this magical glow, we recommend visiting after sunset.
