The menu of this eatery comprises mainly of fresh seafood sourced all the way from the waters of the north. As for drinks, you'll find local sake from both Himeji and Hokkaido! 2. Yamayoshi
This famous and popular restaurant has been covered in several gourmet magazines. Their popular [Steamed Conger Eel] is a fluffy delicacy that goes through a long and thorough cooking process. After being basted with a house sauce, it is grilled over charcoal, left to stew in a special broth, and, finally, steamed. Doing all of this enhances the deliciousness of the eel's umami (Japanese savory taste) and fat. In the warm and cozy interiors of this eatery, all your senses will be entertained as you can admire the chef grilling your eel on charcoal before your eyes.
Its fluffiness is obtained by basting it with a house sauce, grilling it over charcoal, stewing it in a special broth, and then steaming it.
Next to the restaurant's entrance, you'll find a large show window from which you can see the owner grilling the food.

3. Dico
In order to offer delicious and healthy food, everything is handmade at this Italian restaurant. They carefully select all of their ingredients, choosing cooking methods that bring out the best of their original flavors, and only use organic vegetables grown in their own farm. On top of making sure to use no preservatives or additives, they also cater to people with allergies, so you can freely give your children whatever they have to offer.
Baked in an oven imported directly from Italy, their sublime pizza is entirely made on site, from the dough making to the actual baking.
Some tables are separated from each other to offer you a more private experience, so it's quite common for customers to bring their kids.
