It is the flagship branch of Akatsuki Brewery, which created the first organic beer in Japan (in Hachimantai, Iwate) that received Organic JAS Certification. They have a lineup of all varieties of Dragon Eye, and being able to drink draft is a joy that only a restaurant directly managed by a brewery can provide. Many foods here go well with the beer, including the Iron Pot Roast, superbly cooked with Tohoku brand meat. The lodge-style space features counter seats, table seats, and half private rooms. An ideal place for when one wants to rest in Ginza.
