This sushi restaurant has received a lot of love for over 20 years since its opening in 1995. The owner goes to Tsukiji early in the morning to look for the best fish. The high-quality Edo-style sushi and high-class cuisine are made with carefully selected fish and special ingredients: Shijimi clams, giant mottled eels, and black abalone - all delivered directly from Shimane Prefecture, the owner's place of birth. The highly recommended [Shijimi Soup] - a heavenly dish of high-quality shijimi caught in Shimane’s Lake Shinjiko - allows you to appreciate both the flavor and mellow fragrance of the clams.
