The refined yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) here lacks any fattiness or overly rich qualities, as the chef behind the menu is a pro at three different things: Japanese cuisine, having worked in a 5-star hotel; meat, as he has 10 years of experience in the industry; and yakiniku because he has thoroughly studied up on this style of cooking. The menu here features all manner of impressive and modern options, such as the [Tiered Meat Sampler], limited to only 5 servings a day and featuring meat stacked in layers on a tiered dish. Nothing but the highest quality meat is used here, making the use of a rich sauce for steeping unnecessary. Instead, an "araidare" is used, adding saltiness and washing away excess fat to allow diners to fully appreciate the true umami of the meat. Visit this spot to experience Japanese courses, whose flavors have been faithfully preserved over the years. Some of the many options here include the [Seasonal Hana Kaiseki] (from 5,400 JPY), made with seasonal ingredients that change every season, and the [Sukiyaki Nabe Set] (6,000 JPY), which has to be ordered at least 3 days in advance for a minimum of 2 guests.
