Recommendation.
Tosani, a popular nimono (simmered dish) from Kochi-ken. Grilled and wrapped in foil or sliced and eaten raw (if freshly dug up). The acerbic flavor is removed by boiling and enhanced by dipping in soy sauce and wasabi.
