We offer French cuisine using ingredients from Hokkaido. Our top chefs prepare dishes using carefully selected ingredients, including seafood from the Erimo and Akkeshi Fisheries Cooperatives, Japanese Black Beef from Hidaka Mitsuishi, buckwheat flour from Horokanai, fromage from Hidaka, and haskap berries from Atsuma.
