Seafood is a big part of Cantonese cuisine, and shark fin is one of its classic ingredients. One of Manchinro Main Store's distinguishing features is our wide variety of shrimp dishes. Our live Japanese spiny lobster dishes are never pre-cooked. We wait until you order them to remove them from the tank, so that they are as fresh as possible.
