Inventive fusions of Japanese and Western cuisine, including our speciality Carbonara "Udon" noodles, prepared with a variety of ingredients which hold a special place in the hearts of the Japanese people.

Our specialty Carbonara "Udon" (wheat flour noodles), which combine a soup stock made from bonito shavings and bacon fried in butter, have been strong read morely praised by many many people. The reason for their huge popularity may lie in their secret flavor, the Japanese-style soup stock which all Japanese are constantly longing for on some level. We use many ingredients that we take much pride in, but if we had to choose a couple that we value most, it would be either our seasonal vegetables or "mentaiko" (fish roe). For our udon noodles, we use high-quality 'Shinmenkyokaiden' noodle flour to create noodles with a springy and smooth texture. We are dedicated not only to preparing excellent food but also to providing great service and creating an atmosphere where our customers can feel relaxed and happy throughout their time in the restaurant. We want all of our customers to feel truly glad that they came here. learn more from chef
